Our Team

This project is ultimately about democratizing the future– giving all Arkansans the ability to create, act upon, and be a part of the emerging future — so that no one is left behind. As such, the “team” consists of all the participants that take the time to share their lived experiences, the growing network of artists that activate our understanding and imagination, and the organizations and partnerships that will ultimately help carry this work to every community in the state.

Sara Bishop

Imagineer

Sara Bishop is founder of Orchid Communications, LLC and faculty member in the Department of Communication at the University of Arkansas. As a consultant for nonprofits, philanthropic organizations and higher educational institutions, Sara helps clients understand their role as “meaning-makers” and elevates the stories, messages and characters needed to bring about positive and sustainable change.

Curiosity and empathy led her to co-imagine a project that bets on the power of listening and the act of dignifying all Arkansans with the collective task of imagining a bold and bright future.
